tonysing Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Hello guy, I am a new user of Autoit and encounter some question when writing a script I want to read the file in a selected folder, record down file name, modified time etc. and write these data into a newly create excel file. Here is how I do it now _ExcelBookSaveAs($oExcel,$ScriptPath) Sleep(1000);To allow the excel file save properly and ready to move FileMove($ScriptPath,$DestPath) This method works. But I want to create the excel file at the $DestPath directly. Function FileWrite and FileOpen seems help, but I am not really clean of how to use them. Can anybody give me a example? Thanks a lot !

water Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 What's the value of $Destpath? The 3.3.8.1 Excel UDF is a bit picky about this parameter.
