I want to insert a linked table in excel

I have a data on the sheet and i want to make the table (Insert -> Table)

can i do from code?

Start the macro recorder in Excel, then insert the table manually, stop the macro recorder and post the created VBA code.
Should be easy to translate to AutoIt.
