Need assistance & willing to pay.

Hi,

 

I need some help, there are stuff that I fail to understand, mostly around getting input from command line other applications and doing something with it.

If anyone is willing to help, I will need about 15 minutes from your time and willing to pay. this can be either via skype voice or gotomeeting invite that I will send.

I am waiting hours on this thing and pretty sure I am missing something very stupid.
