eKolin Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Hello people. Is there a way to detect "no script action"? By saying that i mean this: Etc. There's a loop While...Wend, it is supposed to do something over and over, but at one point it has "crashed" (does nothing, stays paused) because function (what he is supposed to do) doesn't meet all conditions to be executed (doesnt find icon etc.), and wont ever meet again unless i restart the loop. I need somehow to restart the loop if it stays paused for 1 minute. I was searching the "Help" thing and didin't find ANYTHING to hook up on, so link me to right direction or just write that code. Idk.
AutoBert Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 (edited) build scripts without bugs and this shit of frozen windows/scripts wouldn't happen. A frozen script couldn't be reanimated, only killed. A automation maybe possible with a second launcher script but i don't suggest this. Put this: #AutoIt3Wrapper_Au3Check_Parameters=-q -d -w 1 -w 2 -w 3 -w- 4 -w 5 -w 6 -w- 7 at top of your script and polish your code until there are no errors and warnings in Console output. This didn't help against logical errors so post a runable (reproducer) script which freezes in a short time. Write in which case its freezing and somebody will review and give you advices.
