How to paste previously copied text from clipboard

Its possible to past previously copied text to somewhere with autoit script ?
If yes, How it ?
example : Before I copied ABCD from excel file and then copied the PQRS, how to past the previously copied ABCD ?
i Copied random text every time so how can i past only previously copied text.
Please give notepad example
