So i used autoit windows info to search for pixels ina location and click on that location but the problem  is that i will click on a different location than in the one i selected

You need to provide more information
As you can see, operations based on pixel coordinates are not very reliable.
Which program do you try to automate? Most of the time there are more reliable ways to do what you want to do.
