Chandramowli
Hello friends, I am new to AutoIt and trying to use automate the testing of a windows application. However, I see a challenge in reading the text from the application. Please refer to the attached screenshot for the autoit v3 window. I am using the below code to read the app text but could it returns nothing. Need some help on how it is different and what I miss to understand. Local $sText = ControlGetText($hWnd, "", "[CLASS:#32770; INSTANCE:1]") Regards Chandramowli G.

BigDaddyO
The Visible Text tab shows all visible text on the window, not just what's on the control. What does the Control Tab show?
