Hi Everyone,

I am getting "Variable must be of type Object" error message when trying to execute the below code

$Session = "A"

$OBJ_EmulSession = ObjCreate("PCOMM.autECLSession")
$OBJ_EmulSession.SetConnectionByName($Session)

I have connected to AS400 using PCOMMSession.ws and i am using a Windows 64 machine. Not able to figure this out and also should be declare anything in the Environment variable PATH before running any scripts.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to AutoIt and the forum!

I suggest to add a COM error handler to your script for more detailed error information. Plese see the help file for ObjEvent.
