IE window won't be hidden on win 10

hello everybody

I've set ie window as hidden but sometimes it's visible on win 10 exclusively

Local $oIE =_IECreate($url,0,0)

the problem hasn't noticed on win 7

how to solve please?

$oIE.visible = False
