why a ._cache_***.exe is produced when i use my script

lets say my programm name is ***,exe , when i try to use another script to reopen it again , a  ._cache_***.exe will be produced in the task manager , why?

both scripts are  au3-converted exes, see the attachment file, if you open it , it will turn into a  cache exe
