e.g. on Mondays. If the user takes a Monday off (or doesn't login), the script should skip this week.

"My" code for running a task at login on a date  is attached, perhaps as a starting point. It works. My script has task scheduler run to deliver a message to the user in a MsgBox.

The user will enter day of week and message in the existing GUI.
