MouseGetCursor() doesn't seem to offer a solution, and GUIGetCursorInfo() only works on AutoIT windows. Even a "detect that mouse left button is down at all" would be enough.

Assuming that is correct then maybe you could detect that the left mouse button is pressed with _IsPressed(01) and check to see if the mouse is over the window title bar, then, if it is, track the mouse position and translate that into the current window position.
