Contorl mouse with keyboard

Hi all,

I'm looking for a solution to control the mouse with my keyboard. E.G press the UP key it should move the cursor up.

I found a simple way integrated in windows XP but unfortunately there's no way to use this with my remote.

So is there another way? I did not find any topics here?

Something like (pseudocode):

While 1
    $mouse = mousegetpos()
    if _ispressed(left) then mousemove($mouse[0]-offset,$mouse[1])
    if _ispressed(up) then mousemove($mouse[0],$mouse[1]-offset)
    ..
    Sleep(100)
  WEnd
