Maybe _GUICtrlComboBox_AutoComplete? In the help file for this command you will find a complete example.

Use an Input control with a Listbox.

As for how to make it work, take a look at HotKeySet("{Enter}", "some_Function") and ControlCommand(). Enter the text, hit Enter and if the string in the input box is not found in the Listbox then add it. You will probably want to use the $LBS_SORT style for the listbox.

Please see the example image, or check any "Font Select Dialog",you will see there is no need to hit enter, i successfully create the list with combo but its not working properly, because its never select any index in List nor its filtering the index.

Then leave out the HotKey() part. All you want to do is see if the contents of the input matches a complete string in the listbox and if not, add it.

I got your idea but wats about filtering ?

i mean if user write "P" the list should sort the items which start from "P" ?

I'll play with it later and post the code if someone else doesn't get it first. I'm going to be tied up here for a while.
