tom35i Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Hey all I have a program that will check a few things on a PC and write if the PC has passed these checks into a memo EXAMPLE CHECK ;Run CDBurnerXP and close If FileExists("C:\Program Files\CDBurnerXP\cdbxpp.exe") Then Run("C:\Program Files\CDBurnerXP\cdbxpp.exe", "c:", @SW_MAXIMIZE) WinWaitActive("CDBurnerXP") MemoWrite("CDBurnerXP Run OK") Sleep("10000") WinClose("CDBurnerXP") Else MemoWrite("FAIL CDBurnerXP Not Installed FAIL") MsgBox(0, "CDBurnerXP NOT INSTALLED", "Warning CDBurnerXP Is Not Installed Please Install And Run Checker Again") Exit EndIf What i would like to do is have the program save the contents of the memo once it has finished and save it on a server any way of doing this????? THANK YOU Look up FileOpen() and FileWriteLine() in the help file Dating a girl is just like writing software. Everything's going to work just fine in the testing lab (dating), but as soon as you have contract with a customer (marriage), then your program (life) is going to be facing new situations you never expected. You'll be forced to patch the code (admit you're wrong) and then the code (wife) will just end up all bloated and unmaintainable in the end.
