Talk to autoit

I want to talk to autoit, I want to say a number, and have it input that in program. Just wondered if anybody has tried this yet?

I'm going to get hold of some speech to text software and play with that, maybe have it write a doc, autoit waiting for the doc to be updated, reading it and manipulating the program I want.

Got any better ideas? Tips? Software recommendations?

Thanks,

Bit.

Edit:

I might use Opera as the trigger.

Edit2:

Windows 7 has some pretty sweet voice recognition software that allows you to interact with windows at stuff.

Solution was to make a simple gui with an input box, when text was entered and enter pressed, the script split the data and entered it into the various 3rd party program controls.

Nice and simple, anybody else obsessed about their ratio on CoD MW2? PM me.

I've just created a SAPIListBox UDF that will allow an AutoIT script to respond to a spoken words / phrases from a predefined list of items. Click on this link to access the UDF. Maybe it's of use?
