compering 2 versions of the same code

I have 2 versions of my code

I wanted to know whats changed in the new version , Is there a tool i can use that can compare two versions of the same code ?

Another good tool is WinMerge (open source). It has features (e.g. compare directories) which the free ExamDiff doesn't have.
