OUTLOOK ERROR on New mail Event

However, I am running Outlook 2003 at home (can't afford the buckaroos to upgrade)and I was running the program

_OL_Test_NewMail_Event.au3

and I get this error

Unfortunately the event handling does not work for Outlook 2002/2003 and AutoIt.
