Dialup ( at people still having this), DSL (Just as bad as Dialup), Broadband, Fiberoptic, T1, T3, etc.? My UDFs are generally for me. guinness Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 (edited) Without searching the forum (I believe Ascend4nt might have a performance UDF that looks at speeds, but not necessarily Internet connection speed) the way I would do it is download a file then using some simple maths work out the average download rate. Look at InetGet() and the additional remarks for background monitoring. Also have a look in my signature for _InetGetGUI().
