#include<Excel.au3>

$oExcel = ObjCreate("Excel.Application")

$excelobj=ObjEvent($oExcel,"ExcelEvent_")

$oMyError = ObjEvent("AutoIt.Error","MyErrFunc")

$oExcel.Visible = 1

$oExcel.WorkBooks.Add

$oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.ActiveSheet.Cells(1,1).Value="test"

$oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.ActiveSheet.Cells(1,2).Value="test"

$oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.ActiveSheet.Cells(2,1).Value="test"

$oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.ActiveSheet.Cells(2,2).Value="test"

$oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.ActiveSheet.Cells(3,1).Value="test"

$oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.ActiveSheet.Cells(3,3).Value="test"

sleep(4000)

Do it the other way round or use the Excel UDF.

$sResult = $oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.ActiveSheet.Cells(3,3).Value
