ReitzelTechnology Posted February 4, 2012 Author Posted February 4, 2012 Don't get what you mean. Can you post a screenshot?this is what it gives. nothing else and it writes to the log it moved the computer (which it should not)
water Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 (edited) Ok, that's easy. Each property is returned ina separate row. I assumed each had it's own column. The properties are returned in alphabetical order. So the code should now look like: If _AD_ObjectExists(@ComputerName & "$") Then $aResult = _AD_GetObjectProperties(@ComputerName & "$", "distinguishedname,cn") If @error then Exit MsgBox(... handle the error here ...) $sOU = StringMid($aResult[2][1], StringLen($aResult[1][1])+4) If $sOU = ... ; for the OUs being equal EndIf But that's something you could have found yourself. So he checks the target OU for this computer. If it doesn't exist in this OU the computer is moved from whatever OU the computer is in to the target OU.
