water Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 My holiday was fine but too short - as always If you open a new email, enter "Christ Bow" as recipient and then let Outlook resolve the name do you get a dropdown list of possible users you need to select one? If yes then the username is ambiguous and can't be resolved by Outlook.
