Send Key to IE Window?

Recommended Posts

Sedoc94

How can I send a key (white space) to a IE window?

Isn't there any _IEAction() function to send keyboard keys?

If not, how would I achieve this by using ControlSend while having a dynamic title of the window? (tile is not static, changes everytime)

Or do you prefer a beter solution?

Thanks alot guys, I appreciate your help!

It depends where you want to send the input to. If it is a field in a form then use_IEFormElementSetValue.

If you can give more details we might be able to help.

Instead of his title, use his window handle : _IEPropertyGet ( $oIE, 'hwnd' ) ;)

You can't use ControlSend to send input to an html form in IE. This are no windows controls AutoIt can "see".
