Selecting all values from SELECT Tag

Hi guys,

I want to select all the values in a SELECT tag like this :

<select id="lstManager" class="Text" multiple="multiple" name="lstManager" size="4">

<option value="121">ABC</option>

<option value="123">DEF</option>

<option value="101">GHI</option>

<option value="144">JKL</option>

<option value="141">MNO</option>

<option value="154">PQR</option>

</select>

How do i do tht? I want to select all the option values present .
