loop script

5 posts in this topic

Hi all,

I want to make this script loop.

$FILE = FileOpen(@Homedrive & "wanip.txt", 0)
$LINE1 = FileReadLine($FILE, 22)
$IP = INetGet ("http://whatsmyip.net/", @Homedrive & "wanip.txt")
$FILE = FileOpen(@Homedrive & "wanip.txt", 0)
$LINE = FileReadLine($FILE, 22)
FileClose(@Homedrive & "wanip.txt")
If $Line1 = $Line Then
    Exit
Else
RunWait(@ScriptDir & "\Email.exe")
EndIf

I played with

For...Next

While...WEnd

Do...Until

For...In...Next

and i couldn`t figured out how to make it loop.

Thank you in advanced

What do you want to achieve?

I don't get why you read the same line two times?

what im trying to achive is that the script will continue to check if the line changed every 30 min or so...

if the line changed i want it to run the email script.
