kor
Want to use _DateDiff needs an input of YYYY/MM/DD needs the slashes or the function doesnt work. using an AD function called _AD_GetLastLoginDate which returns YYYYMMDDHHSS Currently I'm using the following code to reformat the date into something that _DateDiff will accept. Wondering if there is a better way? $sResult1 = _AD_GetLastLoginDate($sUsername) $sResult1 = StringLeft($sResult1, 4) & "/" & StringMid($sResult1, 5, 2) & "/" & StringMid($sResult1, 7, 2) ConsoleWrite($sResult1 & @CR)
czardas
I don't think you'll find a simpler method than the one you have already. If you need to convert a lot of dates then I suggest you create a function using the code you have. operator64 ArrayWorkshop
BrewManNH
This should do what you're looking for also. $Date = "201208151345" ; <<<<< YYYYMMDDHHMM $sDate = StringRegExpReplace($Date, "(d{4})(d{2})(d{2}).+", "$1/$2/$3") ConsoleWrite('@@ Debug(' & @ScriptLineNumber & ') : $sDate = ' & $sDate & @crlf & '>Error code: ' & @error & @crlf) ;### Debug Console If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. BrewManNH
The debugging consolewrites are formatted so that they are output in red, this part of the line makes it print in red. ConsoleWrite("@@ Debug(" & @ScriptLineNumber & ") :" Everything after that doesn't affect the color of the line.
