Window info launch options...

Every time I start up Autoit Window Info I have to change the coord mode, click over to mouse, and unfreeze it. It's really annoying. Can I change the default or set launch options so that it starts the way I want it to? I've searched these forums and google but found nothing about this.

You don't need to unfreeze it. The "Finder Tool" can be dragged to the window you want the information from.

The finder tool changes my white mouse pointer into a black crosshair which really sucks when working with dark backgrounds.

Anyways, your answer did not really address my question -- so I'm still looking for some input, anyone?

There has been some discussion on the forum a while ago when the default behaviour was changed.

IIRC you can't change the way it works.
