FileListToArrayRecursive: difference in compiled exe and executing from code

Hi,

I made a simple test program with this fucntion and noticed something starnge (for me):

launching with F5 from code it works as desired (dispaly of the array, complete log file).

But if I compile and launch the resulting exe file (within the same folder) the behavior is different:

no array display, and the log file displays only the first line (title).

What's wrong ?

1) I've tried "RecFileListToArray", but I get 2 error messages (see below)

2) I don't understand why if I run the script from code editor AutoIt finds the source file with the function and when compiling it didn't find it.... (I checked the Scite config)....

That isn't an error with the UDF, you just copied it wrong. Why not download it instead?

You should redownload the RecFileListToArray, because the version posted in the Examples section doesn't have that error.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

Ok, I downloaded it and I have no errors. But the main problem is still here: I don't have the recursive search in the compiled exe !!!

Launch from code editor (F5) : a complete array display, with files located in subfolders,

Launch from exe : only "root" level files displayed in the array display. Since I have an array I can display, the function is working, but without recursion...

We need more details. AutoIt version? Windows version? Post a small (and I mean simple) reproducer (within the code tags [autoit][/autoit]) and we will see. Though running from SciTE or selecting the exe is no different as both are compiled.
