It depends. Which client do you use? Outlook?

If you have an Outlook client installed you can use my OutlookEX UDF to do whatever you want to do with Exchange.

Support for other clients and protocols can be found here.

What do you exactly want to do? Call a function and get all unread mails? Get all mails received since a spcific date/time? Handle events and get notified as soon as a mail arrives?

With Outlook 2003 you can't work with Outlook events (those are handled in the thread).

You need to check the inbox for e.g. unread mails. This can be done using function _OL_ItemFind. Please have a look at the example script _OL_ItemFind.au3 to get an idea.
