How to view / change default input (microphone) and output (speakers) of PC audio?

If I use for example: SoundPlay("filname" [, wait]) command for playing wav file!

thanks

Didn't quite understood the question, are you asking, how can you view or change playback device after the code SoundPlay("filname" [, wait])? Don't know how to get to where you are in the screenshot, unless by clicking, have you investigated a way to do that thru registry? sometimes some things can be done that way, at least the default playback device could be...

EDIT: Just tried the application on the link you provided, it works fine on my win 7 x64 ultimate... why do you say it doesn't work?

First time you double click it, it'll unpack itself to a folder with the same name as the exe had, all you have to do is refresh the desktop

and you'll see a folder, open it, inside it's the exe with some more files.
