[Need Help] How to do: Start and Stop Button

Hello everybody, as the title say i just need alittle help, i've designed my GUI with Koda, and done my script, now i just need a simple action to use them both together with an Start button and a stop button. They will simply Start my script and Stop my script when buttons are pressed. Thanks.

Anybody? =(.. I dont know if you guys understood me.. I just need a little help to use my code with a GUI interface, and when button1 is clicked run the program, when button2 is clicked stop/pause the program. Hope you can help me. Thanks once more.
