I need help with AdlibRegister.

I am currently coding a programm for a friend of me, and I've got a function with AdlibRegister but it doesn't seem to "Register". Basically, when I "beta run" this, it generates the GUI 2 times, and then it does nothing.

I hope someone knows what's wrong...
