Hyflex Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I've had a look at _DateDiff but I can't work out how to do what I'm wanting... I'm basically wanting to do: $endoflifedate = "06/02/2013" $currentdate = "06/01/2013" ;returned via NTP If $endoflifedate is the same or after $currentdate (has passed) then exit Anyone know how I can do this?

Hyflex Posted June 1, 2013 Author Posted June 1, 2013 I'm not sure how to get that working for me, I just need a simple If xx/xx/xxxx is earlier in the year than zz/zz/zzzz then exit. If I want the application not to work after the 15th of July 2013 for example, I'd put it like: If $currentdate is after/later than 06/15/2013 then exit

water Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Use _DateDiff to subtract the current date from the end date. If the result is positive then the end date has not been reached and everything is fine.
