Is mpress on your path? Does that line run from the commandline ?

Try with the full path and se if it works then.

Don't put quotes around the %out% command and see if that works.

Easiest way is to put mpress.exe into folder c:windowssystem32.

Afterwards

#AutoIt3Wrapper_UseUpx=n
#AutoIt3Wrapper_Run_After=mpress.exe %out%

should work.

The only way to get a runable version from the exe using mpress is to compress AutoItSC.bin / AutoItSC_x64.bin.

I cannot say why. Maybe it has something to do because of overlays in the Autoit created exe...
