UDF or library to manage with datas and hours

I would like do an utility to transform character chains according certain rules.

For example :

*** JOSE ***  September 10, 2013 at  7:32pm

be able to automatically "translate" to 10.09.2013.19.32 or similar outputs.

Do you know such UDF or library ?

Best Regards

<Date.au3> may help you, but for the most part you may be able to use stringregexp() if it comes in a regular format

RegExr is a very good tool for testing regular expressions - http://gskinner.com/RegExr/

$s = "*** JOSE ***  September 10, 2013 at  7:32pm"
$array = StringRegExp( $s , "(?i)(\w*?)\s\s?(\d\d?).*?(\d\d\d\d).*?(\d\d?):(\d\d?)([ap]m)?",3)
;$array[0] = month (string, you'll have to change it to decimal)
;$array[1] = day (num)
;$array[2] = year (num)
;$array[3] = hour (num)
;$array[4] = min (num)
;$array[5] = am / mp (string)
