game client work how it works/?

I want to creatr a simple sript in auto it which will repetively click in 3 spots (for 400 times)>

Sleep(5000)
Local $i = 0
Do
    MouseClick( "left", 201, 463, 1,3)
    MouseClick("left", 224, 642, 1, 3)
    MouseClick("left", 543, 633, 1, 3)



 $i = $i + 1
Until $i = 400
 

the problem is that how i can this simple sript run into my game which is clint?

game is called atlantica
