I have a window which has a fixed size i.e something like 600px and 500px.

I'm using auto it to automate some actions inside that window i.e. click mouse at x350 y450 so obviously if i move that window the clicks will be in the same location but it will be clicking on the wrong thing like something outside that window on my desktop.

Is there a method to locate/get the size of that window where i want autoit to work and have a fixed x y range so that autoit always clicks at the right location?

thanks.

maybe i already found the answer with WinGetPos.

so it checks where the location xy of the window, then i can use that information to adjust the rest of my variables used in making clicks/dragclicks etc?

Don't use mouse clicks etc. To make your script more reliable I suggest to directly click the Controls by using Control* functions.
