Need a little help getting started.

I want to write a script to do the following:

  1. Launch a partictular website in the default browser
  2. Fill in the username and password
  3. Bring me to a page on that website
  4. Fill in several fields
  5. Wait for me to fill in a few other fields
  6. Copy and paste one of the fields to an Excel Spreadsheet and to a reply in an email
  7. Save the form

Any pointers on where to get started would be appreciated.

1. What is your default browser?

6. AutoIt comes with a builtin Excel UDF. Which mail client do you use?

Browser: AutoIt comes with an IE UDF which should allow to do what you want. The forum has a lot of similar examples.

Outlook: Check my OutlookEX UDF, function _OL_Wrapper_SendMail.
