The GUI example in the help file - accessable script?

I was just wondering if the GUI example found in the GUI Reference actually is a executable file or script? It would be a extremely good way for me to learn a little more about all the different GUI controls.

Unless it is available, is there anything similar?

EDIT: If you don't know what I'm talking about, head over to the GUI Reference in the Help file and look for the picture. :)
