simple (hope so) mouse click setup

Hi,

I'm looking to create a macro..

I want, at a push of a button (8 seperate ones to be precise) to emulate a left button mouse click on a certain part of the screen.

As someone that has never created a macro, cany anyone please advise me if this is possible and is it difficult?

In the game I am likely to be using these 8 buttons very quickly.
