I get ERROR: 80020006 (Unknown name?) when Excel is not started before.

When I open Excel manually with double click then the script works. The opened Excel sheet by the script will attach to the manual started Excel and not to the ShellExecute started!

I have absolutely no idea why the script that works fine with Office 2010 doesn't with Office 2013.
Will search the web and post any ideas as soon as I find something ^_^
