How to use AutoIT with Selenium IDE to test upload file

Hello all

I woul like to upload and download file in my test case with selenium ide, i used the below command but it does'nt work

Type
Target: //input[@name=file]
Value: path of file
 
I've read on AutoIt but i have no idea  how to do?

I use selenium IDe for my test cases, I find no answer on this subject.
