Issues Running Basic Clicking Routine

4 posts in this topic

I've attempted to create a looping click routine. It clicks a few places on the screen (where the "next" button can come up) then sends the "home" key. Only problem is I can't seem to get it to function. Any ideas what I've missed?

Welcom to AutoIt and the forum!
Using MouseClick is not very reliable because it depends on screen resolution and window positions.
Can you please tell us which program you try to automate? Most of the time there are more reliable ways to do what you want to do.

It's actually for Magic Duels and I don't know why I'm putting so much effort in. Basically you have to click four buttons to start the next game and the load times are long so I set this up so I can hit a button, check my phone, and look back up to the next game loaded. =/

Seems you missed to read the forum rules on your way in. Please do so now.
Game automation of any kind is not permitted here. So you won't get any help on this subject.
Hope to see you soon with a legitimate question :)
