jresine Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 (edited) Hello, Sorry to go back this message, but controlsend no longer works if the window is not active In doc autoit : The control might first need to be given focus with the ControlFocus() command, specially when referencing an controlID created by the script itself. How to do now please?? thank you Edited February 10, 2017 by jresine
water Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 This is such an old thread (disucssing older versions of AutoIt) that I suggest to open a new one. Please add information about the version of Autoit you run plus the application you try to automate. And why you need to avoid giving focus to the application. Bert Posted February 11, 2017 Posted February 11, 2017 controlsend does NOT work on web pages. Never has, never will. Use the IE commands Also, start a new thread and don't necropost. The Vollatran project My blog: http://www.vollysinterestingshit.com/
