In which cases autoit crash with "AutoIt3.exe ended.rc:128"?  What does this error mean?

If 128 is the Windows Error Code then it means: "ERROR_WAIT_NO_CHILDREN - There are no child processes to wait for."
Details can be found here.

Next debugging step would be to have a look at the source code ;)

BTW: Running "net helpmsg 128" in a DOS window returns the same description :)
