Find a pixel then also click it?

So i want to make a bot that searches for a specific pixel (With some given information about were to search like : "460, 650, 590, 670" + the hex color)in a windowed mode game and then clicks on that pixel without moving my actual pc mouse. Or even better is there a way to image search using screenshots and then once found a simular image click on it without moving the actual pc mouse? Is there any way to do that in auto it? If there is would you be so kind to send me a exampl of how that might look (: thank you
