Example if my mouse curser on $B$12 (Column=B, Row=12) then i want to copy $H$12 (Column=H, Row=12-Same),
if my mouse curser on $B$15 (Column=B, Row=15) then i want to copy $H$15 (Column=H, Row=15-Same),
Depending on cursur (Selected row) if row 16 selected then copy $H16 cell.

Ho do you want to write an AutoIt script when you do not understand how AutoIt works?
I suggest to have a look into the tutorials provided with AutoIt and in the wiki.

On the forum we try to help people solve their problems but we do not spoon-feed them with scripts.
