Handling AD COM Errors

4 posts in this topic

This should be simple - but I cannot figure it out.

I am using _AD_GetObjectAttribute and if the attribute is blank, the UDF errors out with a COM error.  How can I capture this and basically just ignore it to keep the app from crashing?

Do you use a user defined COM error handler in your script?
You could add

_AD_ErrorNotify(4)

at the top of your script and try again.
