I am not sure how much help you are going to get without more information about what you are trying to do.

Try posting some script that you have written so we can help with what you are struggling on.

If it is a starting point you are looking struggling with, (again difficult to understand without more detail, may be more obvious for other people) but that looks like you will be have a bunch of Nested While Loops with IF statements in them?

Also there are many people from around the world here, so if you tell us what language you know, people may be able to respond accordingly.
