Handling of windows blue overlays

Hello again,

Sorry if I'm spamming too many questions, but I'm a bit out of my depth here. 

Has anyone tried/managed to handle these overlays with AutoIT? (not specifically this one, but this type of message)

They appear over all other windows in the system and I cannot activate anything without closing the overlay first, so I have not been able to catch its info with the AutoIT info tool

I've tried sending and ESC key, and a left mouse click to no avail. Because I don't know any of its information I can't use WinWaitActive, and I'm not sure of any other way I can try and capture it?

I almost never see such a message, how can i force one to show up?

Easier than i thought, just renamed a jpg to exe.

WinWaitActive('[TITLE:This app can’t run on your PC;CLASS:Shell_Dialog]')
Send("{ENTER}")

Didn't work with the controlsend
